Arrival time

For the pitches, arrivals are from 2pm. For the rentals, because we have to clean the rental before your installation, the arrivals are authorized from 4 pm.
If you arrive before, you can always come and register at the reception and enter the campsite until your rental is available.
If your rental or plot is available before the scheduled time, you can settle down, without extra charge, to rest from the journey and enjoy our water space!

Departure from the campsite

You must return your site no later than 12 noon.
For the rental, departures are made before 11am to allow our cleaning teams to prepare the arrival of new guests.

Cleaning at the end of your stay

You must clean up after yourself.
You also have the possibility to take the option “Cleaning package” (or “Weekend cleaning package” if you have a short stay).

Appointment of the premises

Do I have to make an appointment for an inventory of fixtures at the end of my stay?
Our teams like to see you one last time before you take the road, to check that there is no forgotten item (fetish blanket, clothing, …) in your rental to avoid turning back on the road. It is best to make an appointment so that you can leave at the time you wish.
You are an early riser and want to leave early in the morning? Our receptionists will explain to you how to proceed with an early departure, your deposit will be returned to you just after the control visit by our teams.

Spoken languages

At the reception, we speak French, English and Spanish and we do our best to understand and meet your expectations.

Reservation

Opening of the campsite

The campground opens from April 15 to September 18, 2022.

When to book ?

Reservations have been open since mid-October. Before the opening of the reservations, we offer our loyal customers the possibility to pre-book their vacations at the campsite.

How to book ?

It’s your choice! You can book by e-mail (subject to availability), by phone or via our online booking site.

Reservation by minor

We cannot accept reservations from minors who are not accompanied by their legal guardian for safety reasons.

Does my baby count in the rental capacity?

A child, no matter how old (0 to 17 years old) counts in the capacity of a pitch and for security and comfort reasons, we will not allow you to take possession of your rental.

Sheet rental

It is possible to rent sheets. They are real linen, that our cleaning team washes at the end of each stay.
You also have the possibility to ask for the beds to be made on your arrival by subscribing to the option “Easy Flower Pack”.

Choice of location option guaranteed

If you have certain criteria that are essential to your rental choice, such as a site number or a preferred area, it is highly recommended that you subscribe to this option to ensure that your requests are met. Attention, this option is subject to availability!

Equipment of the rental

Each rental is equipped with kitchen utensils, pillows and comforters or blankets. You can find the list of equipment in each accommodation file.
We recommend that you take the air conditioning!

Payment

Methods of payment

When you make your reservation, you can pay for your stay by check, bank transfer, vacation vouchers or credit card (only via our online reservation site).
On site, you can pay with vacation vouchers, credit cards or cash. Please note that checks are not accepted.

Vacaf

We are not approved by the CAF services and therefore we cannot offer stays with this method of payment.

Pay in installments

We offer you the possibility to spread your payment. To do so, contact our receptionists who will be happy to explain the procedure to you.

Payment of the balance

The balance must be paid one month before your arrival. If you wish to pay a part of your stay upon arrival, we ask that 50% of your stay be paid one month before.

Cancellation insurance

You are not required to take out cancellation insurance, but it is highly recommended. It allows you to obtain a refund of the sums paid (except for the amount of the insurance), in various circumstances which you will find listed here.

Meal ticket

It is not possible to pay with luncheon vouchers. You can pay for your drinks by credit card, in cash or with ANCV vacation vouchers.

Deposit

We ask you for two deposits for the rentals: one for the rental itself (in case of damage to the rented equipment) and another for the cleaning (you can also subscribe to the cleaning package).
We will also ask you a deposit for the rental of television, fridge, planxa, extension cord, adapter, …

Catering

Opening of the snack bar

From mid-June to the beginning of September, the snack bar will be open every day, from 8am to 2pm and from 5pm to 10pm. The opening hours in low season will be communicated to you very soon.

Cocktails

The snack bar has a license 3 that does not allow it to sell strong alcohol. Soft” cocktails will be offered in 2020.

Be careful, alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, consume with moderation!

Life at the campsite

Animals

Our friends the animals are admitted within our establishment, whatever the chosen rental. You will need to present your pet’s vaccination record upon arrival.
Only NACs and dogs of 1st and 2ᵉ categories are not allowed at the campground.

Tent canvas

For safety reasons, it is not allowed to place a tent on a mobile home or chalet plot. We have camping sites to place a tent. To find the best solution for you, you can contact our receptionists.

Can we become homeowners?

We have no more space available to install new residents and we are not selling our mobile homes.

Swimming pool schedule

In low season, the aquatic area opens from 10am to 6pm. July/August, it opens from 9am to 7pm. These schedules are subject to change.
The campsite also reserves the right to close the aquatic area for safety reasons (e.g. storm).

Is the pool heated?

We heat the pool to 27°C with heat pumps. If weather conditions permit, we turn off the heat.

Is the swimming area supervised?

We do not have a lifeguard at the pool, so minors are under the mandatory supervision of their parent/legal guardian.

Swimsuits allowed

Boxer shorts or swim trunks are allowed for men as well as 1-piece, 2-piece, trikini or shorty swim trunks for women.

Are there any animations

Yes, we have our animator who is present from the opening to the closing of the campsite. Find program ideas here.

Kids Club

In July and August, we propose animations for children several times a week. The rest of the time, all our animations are family and thus realizable with your children.

How far is the campsite from the sea and the center of Argelès-sur-mer?

The campsite Les Chênes Rouges is located 2 km from the center and 4 km from the beach. From mid-June to the beginning of September, a shuttle system (small train) is set up twice a day to take you there for free.

Is it accessible by bike?

Yes, with the creation this year of a new segment of the Eurovélo 8. Be careful, Argeles sur mer being between sea and mountains, there can be a little bit of difference in level in some places.

Wifi

We offer you 30 minutes of free wifi every day on the snack terrace. If you wish to use the wifi throughout the campsite, you will have to buy a ticket at the reception according to your needs.

Barbecues

For fire safety reasons, charcoal and wood barbecues are strictly forbidden. Electric or gas barbecues are allowed and you have the possibility to rent an electric planxa for a day or a week.

Visitors

We would love to have your friends or family visit the campground.
However, visitors are reminded that they do not have access to the aquatic area and must go to the reception desk to obtain their visitor’s bracelet.
They will not be able to stay overnight.

Security

All year round, the campsite is supervised by a guard. In July/August a private security guard is also present to ensure quiet nights for our guests.
